2. Junior Rules
All Junior Members of this Club will:
- Respect all players, both other juniors and seniors when playing mixed age cricket
- Have the right and expect to be treated with respect by adult members of the club
- Treat everyone equally and not discriminate on the grounds of age, gender, race or religion, disability, social background, colour or nationality
- Abide by any club rules
- Always respect the decisions of coaches and match officials
- Discourage unfair play in others
- Encourage and praise each other
- Support team mates when batting during matches
- Respect each other’s opinions
- Not engage in activity which makes another player feel uncomfortable including bullying of any type
- Will always tell coaches, captains, the welfare officer or other trusted adult of inappropriate behaviour that they witness
- Report any worries they have about how they themselves have been treated
- Expect senior players and club officials to take their concerns seriously and ensure that they have been addressed and dealt with appropriately
