After bowling out Harpenden for 184 in 45.3 overs, Knebworth effortlessly soared to 188/1 in just 28.3 overs. The magic man, Gareth Jones, nabbed 3 wickets, while Louis Champion, Archie Stephens, and Alex Richmond each snagged 2, with Kobie Richmond taking 1 for good measure. On the chase, Louis Champion was the unstoppable force, notching an unbeaten 87, while Liam Carter chipped in with a nifty 49, and Saicharan Reddy Nandyala sealed the deal with an unbeaten 28.

This victory was a masterclass in teamwork and strategy, with Champion steering the ship and Carter building a rock-solid partnership. Nandyala then waltzed in to finish things off with style. Knebworth Park 2nd XI took a swing but were bowled over by St Margaretsbury CC, losing by four wickets. They set the stage with 139 all out in 44 overs, with Eddie Mably and Jack Randall both hitting 30, while Joseph Hibbins held the fort with an unbeaten 8. St Margaretsbury danced to 142/6 in just 28 overs, sealing the deal. Finn Hobbs snagged 3 wickets, making it a day to remember!

Knebworth Park 3rd XI faced off against Mill Hill Village CC and took a tumble, losing by 40 runs. Mill Hill Village, with their bats blazing, set a tricky target of 182 all out. In response, Knebworth Park managed 142 in 37.3 overs before getting bowled over. Shivakumar Pole was on fire, snagging 5 wickets, while Louis Hobbs and Rhys Slack tag-teamed for 2 more. Hobbs tried to spice things up with 17 runs, but despite promising starts from several players, the match slipped through their fingers. The chase was valiant, but alas, the winning runs remained as elusive as a cat on a hot tin roof!

CHESHUNT ROSEDALE CC WON BY 29 RUNS
Knebworth Park 4th XI put up a valiant fight but got outplayed by 29 runs against Cheshunt Rosedale CC, despite racking up 211/6 in their 40 overs. Phil Wheeler led the charge with a smashing 67, while Lewis Salmon chipped in 35, Alfie Large remained unbeaten on 31, and Ranga Babu Angilikam added a swift 21. But alas, Cheshunt Rosedale chased them down with 240/5 from their 40 overs to claim victory. Still, it wasn't all doom and gloom for Knebworth Park. Phil Wheeler's magnificent 67 was a masterclass, with Lewis Salmon and Alfie Large adding sturdy support. Ranga Babu Angilikam's quick-fire 21 was the cherry on top. On the bowling front, Lewis Salmon bowled like a wizard, snagging 2 wickets for just 35 runs, and Ranga Babu Angilikam nabbed 1 wicket to keep the spirit alive.

After winning the toss, Knebworth Park decided to put on their bowling shoes first, letting Hitchin take the batting stage. Hitchin didn't hold back, racking up a net score of 314 (139 runs) from 16 overs with just five wickets down. Knebworth's bowlers had their shining moments too, with Emma Bunn snagging a couple of wickets and Skye Burnell, Eve Hibbins, and Julia Raine each adding one to their collection. Eve was like a fortress, giving away only eight runs in her two overs, while Julia went even stingier, claiming a wicket for just seven runs. When it was Knebworth's turn to wield the bat, they charged in with gusto.
